To clean the silicone products, simply use mild soap and water. Prevent the metal clasp from being submersed in water. Allow any wooden components to fully dry in between use and do not leave in water for extended periods of time. These products are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

Pebble to Peak is dedicated to providing a very high-quality product, as with any teething product, our products are for use only under careful adult supervision. All elements of the teether should be inspected regularly for signs of damage or wear. If damage or wear is detected, discontinue use immediately. Pebble to Peak is not liable for any issues that may arise as a result of improper use or failure to detect damage or wear.

Due to sanitary reasons – no exchanges or refunds are permitted post order fulfillment. However, Pebble to Peak is committed to providing products of the highest standards. Prior to order fulfillment – cancellations are permitted subject to a 10% restocking fee of the original transaction amount. This fee covers non-refundable transaction fees upon processing of the original purchase.

This product is less than 20mm thick and therefore, can be shipped via Canada Post untracked letter mail or via parcel shipping rates within Canada. Upon checkout, shipping options will be presented.

Please note: Untracked shipping via letter mail with Canada Post is NOT guaranteed and is at the risk of the consumer. Once it leaves our hands, there is no possible way to track the product and where it might be in the system. We keep careful records of our letter mail packages and will always be able to provide a photograph of your envelope with postage as proof of shipping. Tracked, parcel shipping is tracked and insured up to $100 or the value of the product and is guaranteed at delivery.
